Yes you are going to get cease & desist letters as soon as they catch wind of it.

Changing colors or minor features doesn't make it okay. It's OBVIOUS you are trying to piggyback on their logos, which is what makes it illegal. Plus it looks absolutely horrific.

The only reason the rest of the site looks halfway decent is because you are running http://www.php-fusion.co.uk

Five minutes in photoshop would yield a better logo than that.

The colors dont match your site, but I'd still call it an improvement.

php-fusion is decent, no need to change it.

the logo is horrible, it's a cheesy as hell analogy, it's ripping off existing designs, it makes no sense to the average consumer, and it looks Horrible.

Eh, better than what's there now. Took 5 minutes. YOu have to look at the "full size" images. Not sure why it blows it up so much.
