yes, i have. During the hurricanes game I ordered Pizza, can't remember from where, but they said that it would be 1.5 hours wait. I called Raleigh Take Out and they had it to my door in 30 min.
A+++++ Will buy again!!! 6/26/2006 4:18:13 PM |

yea i have used them. they're not bad considering the places they offer delivery for dont actually deliver. they do however, add on a delivery charge of i think $5, which is b4 tip. keep that in mind.

I use them all the time. Highly recommended. Yeah the service charge is a bit steep, but it offers so much more than your normal delivery food. 6/26/2006 5:13:49 PM |

I use it a LOT at my office...it pisses me off...we pay 4.99 for delivery,then they request a $3 tip. Its a little overrated. If they didn't charge a high delivery fee i'd use them more. It insults those of us who plan to tip more. 6/26/2006 5:17:07 PM |

Well, even pizza places are charging delivery fees these days.
I wish they offered their service in Cary. I would use them from time to time. The only places I know of in Cary that deliver are pizza joints. 6/26/2006 5:33:31 PM |

i think he expects the company the food is ordered from to cover the service charge - or at least part of it since RTO is bringing them more business6/26/2006 5:38:47 PM |

I use them a lot, and really like it. I've had a couple problems with them forgetting utensils or condiments, but not a huge deal since I have my own - just more convenient to be able to throw it away if I'm being lazy enough to order food. The delivery fee does suck but once you order a few times (or hey maybe even just once) they will email you coupons for free delivery. And if something goes wrong they're really efficient with correcting it. 6/26/2006 9:38:11 PM |

I think that since we make orders here sometimes of over $100 they should cover the $4.99, since we're already planning to tip 20%. Our owner got pissed a couple weeks ago, he was like dock the tip if they're too cheap to take on Delivery fees. 6/27/2006 10:43:09 AM |

he basically said...they ordered $100 of food - they were going to tip $20 so the total would be $120 - instead the total was $100 + ~$5 service charge - so what they paid was $120 total and the service charge was taken out of the tip6/27/2006 10:59:26 AM |
