why cant users make changes to the gender selection?

a user sent me a pm asking me how to do this b/c when she registered she accidentally chose M instead of F and a there is not a way to correct it.

I don’t really know why someone would want to change it back and forth but it is the only part that the user can not change in the settings

She didn't accidentally choose that. Some guy just gave her the account. I was actually a peer mentor to the guy, and have a record of E-Mail communication with that Unity ID.
