How many people dig this?

I constantly impressed with the level of quality that Cartoon Network brings.

I have watched a few episodes, there seems to be a lot of humor that isn't intended for the target audience. IE: There was an episode when they played a video game called "President Evil" where you have to kill zombie presidents or something. Now I thought this was hilarious because I am a pretty big Resident Evil fan but my 9 yr old sister had absolutely no idea what was so funny about the concept.

I would say 12 and under. At least not the crowd that would play Resident Evil.

billy and mandy is definitely targeted towards the teen and college crowd like invader zim was. fosters if funny too, but is actually geared toward a younger audience.

I hate this show. Mandy is the only character that doesn't get on my nerves.

On the other side of the coin, I love Ed, Edd, and Eddy.
