fitness walking is the easiest.
take it unless you want/need to get in shape. 6/30/2006 2:37:49 PM |

I took PE 101 w/ Evans and enjoyed it. I went into with a mentality that I would actually use the class to get in shape. We ran one day, weight-lifted the other, week in & week out.
I actually got an A in the course (Took it credit only though ) and I'm in no way "muscular" and hadn't ran/jogged in over 5 years.
It's an easy course to get an "S" in, but if you apply yourself you actually see results and can get an "A". 6/30/2006 4:10:44 PM |

water aerobics is one of the best 100 levels IMO. You never go fully under the water so you don't have to worry about being soaking wet leaving the gym, and you only really have to work as hard as you want to. I really liked it and think it is definitely the easiest...even easier than fitness walking 7/1/2006 10:30:29 PM |

No. Even if you get an A+, it will do like .001 to the positive for your GPA in the grand scheme of things, and if you're anything like me, the stupid written test will be the same week you have umpteen papers/tests/quizzes/webassigns due. 7/5/2006 11:43:55 PM |

Fitness walking is cool because it's kind of fun, and you can just chat with people the whole class through. You won't be tearing yourself to pieces trying to get yourself in shape for that class. All you need to do is show some improvement throughout the year and get the proper "form" (you walk like a dork, basically) and you'll get an A. 7/31/2006 3:19:45 PM |

I heard the water is frigid in the pool... which kinda makes me nervous about Water Aerobics?
Is that true? 7/31/2006 4:21:58 PM |

^it was cold last when i went last week, but it normally isn't. But the temp is just relative to the air temp. If it is summer, the water will seem cooler. In the winter, it will seem warmer.
I took PE 104 Swim Conditioning with Roberts. The class was great and I'm not a competitive swimmer.
