Need to download contacts off of one of these, it is a old pre sim card nextel flip phone.

Just go to any nextel store and they will be glad to transfer your contacts to a newer nextel phone or even print them out for free.

i need to hti a second store, the first one i hit the guy knew jack shit abotu the phone and wanted to just copy the card, i already copied our companies basic contacts lists fromt he extra sim card they keep at the office to the sim card in the new phone. I love sim card copiers. Now jsut need to find a nextel store that is not full of morons.

Well there is 2 different types of stores....there is the Direct Corporate Owned Sprint Nextel Retail stores which will have the necessary cables and switch box to transfer the contacts...the other type is the Indirect or independent dealer which in most cases will not have the same type of cables/switchbox...Example: Sprint Nextel store in Garner at White Oak Crossing (Shinstone Blvd) is a corporate owned store and has the ability to do what you need done...you probably went to an indirect dealer..
