apparently it has an all carbon frame, and the gas tank is below the engine. not sure how i feel about it, but at least these guys are doing more than the big paul american chopper thing.

At least they're doing something new and different. I think it's hideous, but I'm sure that's just my taste and some would love it. It seems like the only people who are innovating in motorcycle styling are Italian. The big four Japanese all look pretty damn similar, and don't even get me started on American motorcycles from the factory.
For instance, I think this is the most badass (factory) naked bike ever:

jesus, that front end looks awful. Looks like a kid's pocket knife. That backbone is just so damn large, you'd think they make that the gas tank...
I'd have to say its neat, but needs some more thinking in their design. 7/4/2006 10:54:24 AM |

yea thats got like 1980's knight rider styling.
As for the B91 Wraith, the picture up top is hot as fuck, but the actual model they are selling isnt nearly as hot 7/4/2006 11:18:57 AM |

yeah, the production bike (the hellcat or something) looks a little more traditional. judging from the videos, both bikes are tiny.

all the new buells except for blast look badass in my opinion. x1 lightning was badass too. wraith is wery cool looking ride, almost a work of art when you read about how they designed it, but overpirced for a mass production bike. confederate about to go out of business because most everyone wants a stretched flashy chromed out deal a-la occ. def. big props to buell and confederate for being bold and not following the masses. 7/5/2006 9:27:40 PM |

^x5 Augusta is damn sexy too. Italian in general is just awesome for looks. Also all pricey though
Buell's do have some cool stuff, and I even like the look of most of them, but every one that I've seen in person vibrates like crazy. Are they all like that or do some of them have counterbalancers? 7/6/2006 1:25:02 PM |
