not the world cup edition

who has this? I just picked this up because the price dropped to 19.99 at Target last week. Is it just me or is this game very difficult to play? I swear to god, the juke move and slide tackle are almost completely worthless. Anybody got any tips?

i don't have a problem shooting the ball, its getting remotely close to the goal that I have a problem with

i can do through balls quite well and chip it to center for a header but half the time the goalie is more than ready for it.

I only end up getting 1 MAYBE 2 goals a game

compared to previous Fifa games, this is really boring

ok so it is getting a little bit better

I ended up beating Everton 6-1. Currently that is the highest game so far for me. I really hope Fifa 07 for the 360 will be better

Winning Eleven / Pro Evolution Soccer is the only one i play

with the options file for real jersey/team names/stadiums/etc it is perfect, couldnt ask for better

The controls are basic and intuitive on the surface, but the best part is that there are layered modifiers that are consistent in nature and just as intuitive that make decisions during the game almost as natural as playing for real.

In about thirty ways. There's the regular stepover, the off foot stepover, the double stepover, the popover, the Cruyff turn, the sidestep, the outside long dribble, the Marseille Roulette, etc.

Seriously, it's a billion times more realistic and playable than FIFA.

picked up fifa world cup for very very cheap. super easy imo :p

beat the world cup on the default setting without giving up a goal my first try and gave up like 3 goals and beat the world cup on the 2nd highest setting next. (with US and then with england respectively)

yeah I think all of you guys have convinced me to pick up winning eleven sometime soon. the main factor thats helping my decision is the lack of juke moves in fifa 06, there are only a couple that you can do, and they rarely ever work

wonder how much I could get for fifa 06 if I traded it in for WE.....
