When I posted the thread one site said 7/28 was the on sale date but Petty's said 7/21. Now there is no date listed on Petty's site.

From the N&O music critic's blog....

In other live-show news, Tom Petty's Raleigh date (which has not yet gone on sale, or even been officially announced) is in flux. It initially showed up on his tour schedule as Sept. 19, but Petty's Web site now says it's going to be rescheduled. Word is that the most likely reschedule date will be Sunday, Sept. 10.

Petty's site does list the date as Sept. 10. On sale date is listed as July 28th.

I saw a commerical for it last night, and it said this date at 10am

The show is the 10th... Tickets go on sale on the 29th... and from what I hear, no strokes

wow. that was the first ticket I've bought from TicketMaster in probably 3 years

i forgot how ridiculous their fees were

$30 ticket, $12.50 in fees
