Gateway 400 Model SD4 Pentium 4 2.0GHz. 256MB RAM. 40gb HHD, floppy drive, CD-R, etc (please click on the link on the bottom for details).
Its running perfectly fine. I tried my best to check everything and write down anything wrong with it:
The Laptop works great but there are a few keys that do not work. I do not quite remember how they stopped working since its been a long time.
Here they are: 0 p e w b o caps I tried pressing on them hard but nothing happens. Might be dirt or the keyboard is bad. I just thought I'd list what I could find so you guys know.
I have had this laptop for about two years now. Its been in my closet for nearly 6 months. I do not ever use it anymore since I got my desktop.
I remember loading a fresh copy of Windows XP when I stored it, but I cannot find the CD anymore. IT IS THE LEGIT XP copy that came with the laptop...I just can't find the CD. It has the COA and everything. I remember I had to call Microsoft in order to have the copy registered with them..so no worries there (You are welcome to call them and check if you want).
The screen is clear and no problems. I can't think of anything else. I included two links...one giving details of the laptop and another that sells parts for them (just in case it does need a keyboard).
I am not looking to get much. But, it would be nice if I got a reasonable offer. It is a P4 2.0GHz and in great cosmetic shape. If I forgot something, please PM me with questions and I'll do my best to answer them.

honstly with a busted keyboard (at the least), a dead battery, and those specs i would think about taking the $150 offer before it dries up.
but thats just me 7/11/2006 2:20:55 PM |

Yeah- You would be substantially lucky to get $150... Concidering that probably is not a real cash in hand bid... Let me know when you want to take $100 real money 7/11/2006 4:03:55 PM |

PM bid of $220 by Garfus.
More than likely I'll sell it to him.
