first time i saw the whole thing too. i saw some excerpts on it a few times, and read the transcript before.

the keyword was heart, not chest. didn't you hear? Valvano had the most extreme tatoo ever. they literally made a small incision in his chest, and took an arthroscopic camera and a tatoo instrument to tatoo the words of the fight song on his heart. when asked what type of anesthetic he'd like to have (the one that completely knocks you out or the one where you're still awake but can't feel anything) he said, "no thanks, only pussys need anesthesia."
