I'm talking like 3% of the Dead Rising trailer in 2 hours...

I've
-checked my router settings (but may have missed something if I need to change that)
-disabled windows firewall and peer guardian (just to see if that was it)
-restarted my router and modem (hard wired - linksys)
-restarted my 360
-unplugged ethernet and reconnected
-tested network settings on live (successful)

everything works, but the downloads are so slow that they usually cancel. it used to work flawlessly, but i have switched that particular ethernet cable (same router slot) to a slingbox before for about 3 weeks.

now i switched back and i'm having problems with the downloads. i have googled and read all the forums i could find to no avail.

Dead Rising is on everyones mind right now so I gaurantee its just the download server. That game is going to be so much damn fun.

xbox live has been very slow ever since wednesday when the ncaa football demo came out...i think once people stop downloading it, it'll be faster again but yeah thats bullshit cause stuff used to download really fast.
