My girlfriend is looking for a place near Avent Ferry, Gorman, or Tryon. She would like to live with only females, have a full own-bathroom, and rent around 350 - including utilities. But negotiable.
One more thing, she would like to start living there Aug. 1st (no later)

Any places?
