according to the map its about 7 miles or so.
The nearest road is old apex. looks like it runs right into western and hillsborough st.

The bills would be split 3 ways. There are currently no services hooked up, so theres some flexibility in what services everybody agrees to and is willing to pay for. I would estimate $45 to $50 for electricity, water, cable, high speed internet.
