With Tom Brocaw(sp?)

At its core it said the same thing I have alway heard.

But what it also said was about the feedback loops that compound the problem.

EX: You melt some ice permenatly and expose the ground. That new ground surface area absorbs more sunlight than the reflective ice would and creates more heat. This in turn melts more ice.

Anyone else catch this? Or should I move this to the Soap Box?

Yes and it was excellent. Granted I knew most all of this information before. Yes, it forecast a certain amount of gloom and doom but wake the fuck up and realize that we are only screwing ourselves and our children over by our current complacency and neglegance.

No, it shouldn't be moved to the Soap Box because there is already an over abundance of stupidity spewing from the likes of TreeTwista and LoneSnark on this topic.
