The previous owner of my car replaced the cluster dash (speedometer, etc...). The problem is the new cluster doesn't show the true mileage of the car. Will there be any problem when I try to do inspection? I still have the original cluster. Should I put the original on before I do the inspection? 7/17/2006 8:04:40 PM |

na you need to go to dmv and tell them what you did with the cluster and they will issue you a waiver form. take the car and the waiver to a ncsi station and let them handle it from there 7/17/2006 8:09:09 PM |

na i would just pay an inspector to put the mileage down on the computer that is on your old cluster. then just throw then VIRS printout away and you will never have a problem 7/18/2006 4:49:21 AM |
