Yea, the minimum wage is going to be $6.15 whenever the new law goes into effect.

6.50 is just what they are starting at. If you are good at the job and they like you, it goes up.

Kinda like the 90 days thing I guess.

Yes, they do get tips which are split between the people working. So you potentially will make more than $6.50 per hour.
