I am selling my car and would like to do everything at once. I get cash buyer gets title.

Let me know if I am wrong but, all I have to do is fill in the first section on the back at the top along with the buyer and then have a notary sign it?

Most banks have a notary dont they?

yes, but you need to fill it out in front of the notary, not fill it out then take it to the notary.

on old ones, I think both of you are supposed to sign infront of the notory, but there is enough room that you can just sign it and then let them take it to a notory and sign it.

But the newer ones it is in separate sections (I think) and you sign it in front of a notory and then just give it to the seller and he signs it infront of a notory.
