Anyone know of a new developement near 540 to buy a 3 bedroom townhouse? I don't wanna live near capital, b/c I work in Durham. I'd like to stay under $135K. 7/20/2006 7:59:23 AM |

you may look in the brier creek area....i'd say you'll be pressed to find a 3 bedroom under 135. 2 bedroom may be more realistic at that price. 7/20/2006 8:07:44 AM |

there's a few new developments in Cary worth looking at, and with 540 soon to be completed to Hwy 54 and Davis Drive it would be worth looking in the Cary / Morrisville area. 7/20/2006 9:08:55 AM |

He'll pay twice that in Cary. Don't waste your time looking there. 7/20/2006 10:18:30 AM |

There's a development on the corner of Glenwood Ave and Ebeneezer Church. It looks really nice, but I have no idea what the price is. 7/20/2006 10:42:13 AM |

I would try searching the MLS for this...use a website like http://www.findmydreamhome.com put in your pricerange, and what you're looking for....
Condo's are considered "Single Family- attached housing"d

Matt, I am selling a townhome in that area in the Camden Park neighborhood.

I know it isn't what are you looking for, but certainly give me a call if you are interested.
Haha sorry about the self-pitch.
But yes the Camden Park neighborhood are mostly 2 bedroom townhomes. The only 3 bedroom homes are the end units and even some of those are a larger style 2 bedroom floor plan.
The other neighborhood there at Ebenezer Church Road and Glenwood (I-70) is Cornerstone. They are about the same. They have a lot more of the 1 car garage style homes and mixed in with a few other builders. (Westfield, Centex, American Homes, and Pulte)
The only new construction right now is a Beazer home neighborhood on the south side of Glenwood on Ebenezer Church Road. Shouldn't be too bad, but the homes are not of as nice quality as Centex and Westfield. 7/20/2006 11:01:22 AM |
