I have a problem/question about something that happens in this story.

I understand that Papa Bear's porridge was too hot. What I don't understand is why is Mama Bear's porridge too cold? Wouldn't Baby Bear's porridge be too cold and Mama's just right? Or was Baby Bear a male and the writer is suggesting that Mama Bear is weaker than Baby Bear?

We need to petition to the publisher to get this changed!
