Due to the volume of their work load, you normally have to schedule a appointment or a phonecall. They generally only e-mail about active cases they're working on. There may be exceptions though. I'd schedule somethign anyway... common courtesy and all that.

Yeh the number is 919-515-7091 and by the way its fucked up. We are already working with them right now and they already know the whole story with everything that we are working with. We have done nothing but try to work with you while trying to get all the shit taken care of that this apt. complex has caused. We only thought you were going to be with us 1 1/2 months but you kept extending that which is not our fault, we were nice enough to let you stay. But if you want to try to quivale (sp) over $50 be my guest. The amount of shit that you have used (detergents, TP, drinks/alchohol) the amounts that you have caused the bills to go up and the fact that we are paying more rent per month right now and didn't ask for you to pay more you shouldn't be trying to cause such a fuss. We offered to let you crash with us until you found another place but forget that. But be my guest and call they are going to tell you the same thing.
