we'll keep you on hold for 7 hours, fuck carquest, those jew nigga bitches, then when you do get a hold of someone, they take an hour and a half to deliver the wrong damn part. hell, the best one they had up there got fired a few months ago because he didn't pass the drug test, and i think they hired some kids straight out of autozone univeristy to answer the phones now.

whenever you say " i need rear rotors and pads for x vehicle"

and they ask " does it have rear disc brakes?"

its time to hang the fuck up and call walker or carolina

You just ain't dealt with the right folks at the right store yet. You must deal with Germantown, I'm thinking. Or do you deal with what used to be South Saunders?

Now you call me, I'll get you the right shit. If I don't, I'll fix the fuck-up. And I'll take the time to give a shit.

But then Cleveland Parts and Accessories is a bit far from you...(NC42/I40).

Hahaha... every time I walk into Carquest and the phone goes off, they guy behind the counter always says, "Can you hold?" ... then he puts the phone down and chats with me for 10 minutes. LOL, then he goes on to help the next customer before he picks up the phone again. So by the time he gets back to the phone it's been like 20 minutes.

Sucks for the guy on the other line, but great for me cause I got my part within a few minutes.
