Hey, I need a mechanic of some sort to help remove the off road h pipe on my mustang so I can get it inspected. Also after I get the OEM one put back on, it will require another tightening in a few days. So quote me a price for the labor of taking the offroad one off and putting the OEM one on, as well as a quick re-tightening of the bolts after a few days of getting some heat through it and letting it expand.

Will also consider a big discount on the h pipe if the mechanic happens to want to buy it, or for sale if anyone wants to buy it once it's off. It's off a '99 GT

Send PM or post

for anyone looking to buy it once it's off.....also includes the MIL eliminators that keep the check engine light off and easily pass gov't inspection.

easily pass govt inspection......until they do a visual and see it doesn't have cats. of course I got my truck inspected this morning and they didnt even open the hood. needless to say I'll be goin back there in sept when my cobra needs an inspection.

I want it off b/c the noise is driving me nuts....so the removal is for inspection and peace and quiet once again. the MIL eliminators make the computer ok, but it doesn't pass the visual test....thats where a $5 tip comes in

what year is your stang? Only 96 and up have to worry about it. Just buy a couple magnaflow cats or other high flows and go to Bobs, Henrys, R&J's and get them welded in. Or buy a catted H or X pipe. You can get a bassani catted X for less than 300. the stock H pipe is a restrictive mofo.
