im trying to post a picture on a website and its telling me the picture is too big. how do i resize it so it is not so big?? im not so good with computers so if you could be as basic as possible that would be awesome

well you need to have some sort of graphics program....which do you have? and is it too big as in dimensions or too big as in size?

http://www.irfanview.com/ should let you resize. download and install that. Open up an image in there, go to "image" menu, choose resize. (i think)

What's wrong with you people. Open the picture in paint, go to Image -> Stretch/Skew and lower the stretch percentages to a smaller number. Make sure the horizontal and vertical numbers you use are identical.

ok ok ok...yea i figured out the whole paint thing. i was doing it for my dad and wasnt sure but i got it...i had forgotten about the whoe paint thing. thanks though
