Definitely interesting. Is it able to float like the Argo ones? I have a friend who has one of those. It has a Vanguard v-twin though...front mounted.

Dude, if you had a dozen acres with a little lake and some trails on it, that would be the coolest thing ever.

What are your plans for said little 6x6?

Got it running great. This thing will fly. Has a little trouble with long steep grades but it does float. We've had it up on 3 wheels several times. I think were gonna put a seat and harnesses it in. Damn thing will bounce you straight out the top.

A lot of the older shit like that doesn't have suspension.

The oldest 3 wheelers are hardtail, solid fork. The balloon tires are/were supposed to provide suspension effect.

Nope no suspension at all. The original Firestone tires were balloon type. Problem is that they quit making them around 1985. Most owners have retrofitted to the current tires that are on it. It rides pretty rough and if you hit a series of bumps at speed you stand a good chance of being ejected from it. Hanging on to the controls is a bad idea due to the fact of the zero turning radius.(not fun @ 40 mph) Pretty much left to grabbing the roll bar and wait for you ass to replant in the seat. Damn bunch of fun though

Them things are fun as hell. Make sure you keep them tires low on air. They ride ruff as hell. My friend had one back home in NY it was wild in the snow
