Tommy Vercetti is backwards. Forward means backwards, left means right, and bringing the camera around to see what's in front of you shows the front of Tommy and a perfect view of the things behind him. The right analog stick doesn't do anything.

I've tried switching controler configurations, and all of them do this.

The problem goes away when I get him in a car, but comes back when he gets out.

Anyone heard of this problem? Because I'd hate to think I might have to play San Andreas.

It's occurred to me that I might want to try that, but haven't yet. I'm going to get a new one this afternoon and see if that helps. The other wierd thing is that any other game I put in behaves itself just fine. Anyway, we'll see.

San Andreas just has too much. I hate the fact that you have to feed your character, take him to the gym, and get his fucking hair cut. If I'm going to eat, work out, and get a hair cut; I'm going to do those things for real.

When I want to tear up a hooker with a chainsaw and shoot a rocket at a helicopter, I want to do it now. I don't want to have to make sure I'm well-fed first.

all you really have to do is eat every few days, or get a health heart

but you might have some "Invert X/Y Axis" setting or cheat enabled

^^^ I used to think that, then I played the game. You never have to get you hair cut, there is one mission where you have to but outside of that it is relegated to an "if you want to". You don't have to go to the gym at all and you really don't have to eat either. I think eating only prevents muscle loss, which isn't an issue if you don't want it to be one. Anyway you can easily go days and days of gameplay without having to eat.

I only eat when he gets shot or hurt or something to replenish his health. Haha then I just kill everyone in the restaurant and take their money.
