Finally, Marr, Brock and co. went down to Sweet Tea studios in Mississippi (the same joint where Good News was recorded) to lay down tracks for We Were Dead, which Brock describes as a nautical balalaika carnival romp. I agree with blas. I like Modest Mouse, but I don't love them. I've always thought they were overrated.

I do hear this new album with Marr is going to be amazing though, so I am looking forward to it.

Either way, they are no Morrissey.
