I'm not convinced this movie, taking place in the time it does, can adequately condemn the Jews for all of the evil they do in the world, not to mention the gross and aggravated miscellaneous Jewry.

Depending on how it's handled, it might not be terrible. I wish it was about the Aztecs instead- they seemed to be more violent than the Mayans or Incas, and more likely to make human sacrifices.

Also, the people on IMDB who are swooning over Mel Brooks' "masterpieces" and "wonderful cinematography" can blow me. I'm worried he's going to put some spin on this that will make the entire civilzation seem base and savage due to only one aspect of it.
