I have tried the usual medicated shampoo and cold shower treatment for a few weeks and that didn't work.
Any suggestions? 8/8/2006 4:28:38 PM |

Dandruff is caused by a fungus in the scalp. You have to kill it. 8/8/2006 4:38:57 PM |

I found that I had to make sure to use a conditioner after my dandruff shampoo. The shampoo alone wasn't enough. I had never really thought about using a conditioner before.
Or buzz your head. I never had dandruff while in basic. 8/8/2006 4:46:38 PM |

shaving your head doesn't get rid of it. You just don't notice it when your head is shaved because the flakes can come off easier and don't get stuck in the hair. 8/8/2006 6:53:52 PM |

Try eating more seafood. If you are a vegetarian, go for eggs, flax, and/or walnuts. Omega deficiencies/imbalances can cause dry skin/dandruff. 8/8/2006 7:31:28 PM |
