Well, I am glad you got the $250 but I had not seen rent that low this year...Preiss Co is $295 so we both have good deals
As for pets, if it is a fish or something like that then I can consider it. Dogs, cats etc, even though I love them, really mess up a place. what do you have for a pet? 8/11/2006 6:18:27 PM |

^^I pay $225 at Uni Oaks, but it's going up to $255, anything in that range is good.
The chins are clean and I'm a neat freak anyway. I understand your reasoning on the pets however.
