It looks like another Transporter movie...which I didn't think was good.

But I still like Jason Statham, so I'll go watch it. He just doesn't seem to do well as the lead actor. Perfect compliment character though.

^Both Transporter movies just had some ridiculous (bad ridiculous, not good ridiculous) action sequences. This movie looks to be close to the same thing, but maybe a little less cheesy. I don't even know about that though...."he has ONE DAY TO LIVE...." Seem pretty cheesy to me.

Anyways, I'll still go see it, and I'd like to be proven wrong, but I just don't see any more substance from this movie than what was in Transporter.

not really sure what you are exactly saying here, but I think the idea that Statham will die if he stops moving so he will do anything possible in the little bit of life he has left to get revenge on his enemies is fairly original. original and badass.

bttt because this movie is just gonna be SO badass. Sure, its not going get nominated for any Oscar, and I am sure anything with a vagina isn't gonna like it, but for us guys, this is about as good as it gets for an action movie. As far as action goes, this might be the best so far in 2006.

Let me clarify that...it won't be "GOOD" but it will be fucking entertaining as ALL FUCKING HELL!

So, it’s basically the movie SPEED inside his body. He can’t stop moving or let his heart rate drop so while he is searching for his killer he has to keep doing crazy adrenaline pumping stunts to survive every minute. Basically anything you can think to do to keep your heart rate up, this guy does. Including his ditsy stoner girlfriend, played by Amy Smart,…..in several positions…..in China Town….infront of a whole crowd.

This movie packs a lot of action and a lot of laughs. From the beginning you can’t help but notice how stylish the film is. Newcomer writer/directors, Mark Neveldine and Bryan Taylor, make their mark in what is sure to entertain many a young males. Now, when it comes to stylistic movies, just like clothing, there can be bad style just as there can be good. Keep that in mind. This movie basically plays like a video game with almost comic or cartoon like cuts and funny captions that may remind you of Pulp Fiction or Kill Bill.

I thought this movie was really stupid but highly entertaining at the same time. If you are the kind of person who needs some dose of reality in their films, this is not one for you. But if you liked, The Transporter, for example, and can sit in a movie and just not think about anything and watch a lot of explicit content and laugh about it, this might be a movie for you. I’d still recommend catching the matinee.

If you pay enough attention you may catch a little cameo appearance by a certain musician. I’ll give you a hint: Linking Park




To be honest, not as good as I hoped, but damn entertaining.
