I fail to see how it is common sense for the government to have such disregard for the law in respect to personal privacy. ^^ it was merely in response to his implication that doing away with wiretapping would ensure more terrorist attacks on US soil. I responded with an equally silly hypothetical, and lowered his statement to include all terrorist attacks.

I am not in any way saying terrorism is not a threat.


I mean, I definitely say it is hypothetical to say that there will be more terrorist attacks due to warrants not being able to be served in time. That was the actual argument there.
