My younger brother (who hasn't had his license for over a month) hydroplaned my car through a brick wall

I'm looking for a car with in good condition. No significant wrecks. < 100K miles preferred.

While I'm willing to pay 6 grand, I would prefer to only have to shell out 4-5 grand if I have to.
