My car is out work. I can't afford to repair it. So I have to sell this new parking permit, which started from Aug 15, 2006 and lasted for whole year. Call 919-449-7947 if you are interested. Thanks! 8/19/2006 2:43:02 PM |

you know it is illegal to sell them, right? You can try to take them to transportation and get a refund. 8/19/2006 4:26:57 PM |

^ don't be gay.
what NCSU transportation doesn't know won't hurt them. maybe some student needs a DC permit that isn't a grad student or wasn't fortuanate enough in the lottery. if i had classes this semester i would buy it b.c they only offered me a shitty E permit eventhough i was 2 hours short of SR status. 8/19/2006 4:28:56 PM |

^ That's how most of these transactions are done. I don't see what's wrong with that. It's a public place and he probably wants cash because he has no way of knowing if your check would bounce 8/19/2006 4:47:17 PM |

Just take it to transportation they will give you a prorated amount, which right now will be the entire purchase price or very close to it. It beats the hassle of illegially selling it, worrying about getting charged fines if the buyer gets a ticket, and the punishment of not being able to buy a permit next year if you're caught. 8/19/2006 6:38:37 PM |

Don't. It's not his
He could take it to transportation and get almost a full refund. He stole it since they are easy to take off your window now.
[Edited on August 20, 2006 at 8:11 AM. Reason : My apologies if this isn't the case, but this is way too sketch.] 8/20/2006 8:10:48 AM |

^ wtf are you talking about, there easy to steal off someones window if you break in their car. It doesn't sound sketch to meet someone somewhere and exchange permit for money.
[Edited on August 20, 2006 at 8:47 AM. Reason : My bet is he is really trying to make more than the refund amount or he's a dumbass] 8/20/2006 8:44:03 AM |
