plastic welder. it's a two part epoxy in a black tube. i get it at walmart in the paint section.

any glue on a butt joint isn't going to hold like new. when i repaired cracks with the plastic welder, i spread a thick layer of it on the back side for reinforcement. the crack is a weak point, so you have to reinforce it somehow.

ok i used all of the plastic weld (a shit load) on the inside of the fender. im going to take it for a 140mph wind test. ill keep yah updated

are you letting it cure for 24 hours like the package says? are you mixing it thuroughly?
