WTF am i doing wrong. I have set up this network in every place i have ever lived, but for some reason it wont work this time. I just got RR today and its screwing up. When I plug the ethernet cord strait into my laptop, it always says that limited connectivity and i have to repair it to get it to work. I'll then plug it into my wireless router and try to connect to it. It will let me connecto to the wireless network and says it is fine, but yet I get to connection to internet. Anyone have any tips. It sucks having to seal weak wireless off of the next door neighbor.

you should edit that crap so it sounds better

unplug power to everything - plug the power to cable modem back in after a few seconds - plug the router power back in - retry

it's called a power switch, turn the power supply off using the power supply switch, wait 30 seconds to allow the power to leave the system, then turn the psu back on.... THEN turn the computer on

it's a safety mechanism so PSU's don't fry everytime the power goes out

i could be wrong, but give it a try...
