i might go to a few clemson games this fall. I've been going up to clemson every now and then for conferences, and i've heard they give out tickets to those who want them

ive been getting season tickets for 2 years now and since my donations arent too high im in the upper deck but they arent bad seats, i sit on about the 20. I have no problem where my seats are now but i want to eventually move to the lower deck, underneath the overhang (my parents have seats there and dont have to worry when it rains).

for those crappy games (like florida atlantic and lousiana tech) you can find tickets real cheap for the upper decks.

for that last game vs. so-car

i think i heard they were playing that at bank of america in charlotte. so that might be the reason for a different price

What's the big deal if the local folk supports the college team that they're closest to? I don't see anything wrong with that.

Now if they all happen to love UNC on the other hand, that's a different story.

Are you fucking serious about the South Carolina game?

What a fucking waste of tradition if they moved that game. Both of those stadiums are pretty good to watch football at, although I give the edge to USC. I went to every game during their 0 win season and they still sold out their 80,000+ seats every game.

Most exciting entrance in sports...

Now supporting a team just because they always win, thats another story...which is why UNC fans suck asshole.

[Edited on August 23, 2006 at 12:11 PM. Reason : they dont have real football fans fyi]

There is more to a school than their fucking football team, and half of them can not read:

The other day, one of them (an electrician with 3 teeth) told the one of the other engineers I work with that he might have to explain things to me 3-4 times because I got my degree at state. I looked at him and said "what fucking school did you go to, Clemson? Oh wait that's right, you never graduated high school".

the usc-clemson game is always more expensive but its being held at clemson. clemson was going to play at temple this year but reached an agreement with clemson to move the game to charlotte

I was in a Myrtle Beach BI-LO once and had a State shirt on...the bitch behind the damn deli counter yells at me, [redneck]That needs to be Carolina on that ther shirt![/redneck].

So I jumped over the counter and choked her ass.

Not really, but you could imagine what it would be like.

i love football fans that are just that ignorant. every school has them. just deal with it. ive lived in nc for most of my life and ive had to deal with the crappy state and carolina fans. i just tell them you're right, clemson is so overhyped, ill probably just skip all their games this year. you can't have an intelligent sports conversation with those people.

its tough having at BC and at FSU in the first three games of the season. I've hated how Clemson has started out the past few seasons so slow.

Thats about how I feel about carolina fans, except every day I've been in winston-salem for the past 17 years. You try your hardest not to argue then they sucker you in, and you lose every time. Never argue with an idiot, cause once you're down to their level, they kill you with experience.

I listened to the same shit with the tarheels for just as long, I lived in Morrisville and Charlotte for years. Yes it is the same, but it doesn't solve them being dickheads. I don't understand your point, I'm annoyed, being that is not moving down to their level.

nobody cares about your thuged out program....they aren't any better than states except they look like a bunch of fucking idiots at the end of games beating each other with their helmets. I'd venture to say that 1 in 3 of those cocksuckers at clemson and s.c. will end up in jail

Tammy has really notched it up with recruiting, no doubt. But that is brutal at BC and at FSU early, notch those up to two losses (and later at VT= loss). And the bad thing for Klimson is that they could beat BC, but this will be Proctor's first real test, correct?? You don't beat BC in their house for a first time starter. Also, I expect baja carolina to close the gap next season with klimson with a few years in a new system ( of not letting p[layers commit more than 3 felonies per season). Now is the time for klimson to make some noise, with a seasoned OL, but those two road games early will set the tone.

I was supporting your argument. I'm just telling you how I deal with the holes. If I argue with them, they win, if I dont, then nobody wins but they pretend they do.

Proctor was only tested one time last year when he whitehurst got hurt against TexasAM. He led the drive that Clemson within FG range to win the game. But other than that, the BC game will be it. I really think its gonna be a situation where as long as he doesn't screw up Clemson will win, he's not gonna be a QB that can get you 400 yards and 5 TDs.

Im still cool saps, i just like Clemson.

^ he definitely started and played the entire Duke homecoming game last year. we put up tons of points and his arm looked great. granted it is Duke, he still looked about as good as he could.

1 year with Proctor, followed by 4 years of Willy Korn

thats only one of the two home games ive missed in probably 16 years, ill add two this year (im skipping Florida Atlantic and Louisiana Tech). The worst game I ever sat through was the 96 Gator Bowl, McNabb beat Clemson 41-0 on a dreary, rainy day.

Clemson won 54-6 yesterday but lost Waters with an ACL injury for the rest of the year. Feel sorry for him since he probably was a first round draft pick last year.
