I just downloaded Albatross 18 and im trying to play it. However when I go to start a game it tries to load it and then a popup saying "You must have alteast DirectX 8.1"; so i go online to get the latest version and when i try to download DirectX 9.0 it says i have the latest version. Anyone know whats wrong?

see if there's a command line option in the game to force the software into directx 9.

In Counter-Strike source:
