I have professor Mickle and was wondering if any of his former students could tell me if he actually ever used the textbook. I'm really hating the idea of spending over $100 on a book if he doesn't use it and end up getting my $20 back.

Anyone have an answer?

I had mickle for BO 200. he didnt really use the textbook at all, 95% of the test material came off of his ppt's.

I had Mickle for Bio183.

95% of the material came from the powerpoints.

If you can just get a hold of the cd for the biology book then you are money.

I think he pulled more that 5% from the books... however nothing can't learn by just reading the book chapter summary..

He is a good teacher though, tests are harder than the other BIO 183 teachers though
