Ok so I am thinking about opening a business account and I am looking into a few banks. The things that are important to me are that there be branches in both NC and NY, high yield money market account, and of course a decent checking account. I would probably keep at least a balance of 10k in it. I was looking into state employees but dont do business accounts (although there mm account was attractive). Any thoughts?

why would you use a money market acct on your business line at the same bank?

Around here, sounds like BoA is about the only option for NY and NC. If you can stay local, BB&T offers a LOT of small business perks for your balance level that the big boys won't go for.
