Anyone else love this stuff?

Lately I've been watching a lot of Spaced and Black Books (Dylan Moran is fucking hilarious), but I remember loving Red Dwarf and Are You Being Served, Mr. Bean and Keeping Up Appearances.

oh god, and Fawlty Towers. That was Cleese at his best.

Red Dwarf is my favourite show in the history of television. I just got the third season (I already have season 1 and 2 on DVD). Honorable mention goes out to Only Fools and Horses (probably the most well known English comedy ever), Blackadder, [obligatory] Flying Circus, and The Mighty Boosh.

but it does get really repetitive.

It still comes on PBS every once in a while. I caught the episode where they were celebrating Rimmer's death day the other week.

Looking at the schedule, it seems to come on every Saturday at 11:30 pm.

I have Series 1 of Black Books on my computer and Series 2 & 3 on DVD. Fucking love that show. Bill Bailey is my personal hero, for real.

Also, if you get a chance to watch Peep Show... check it out. Straight flat brilliant.

Oh, and the boss thing about that piano episode of Black Books is that Bill Bailey is really playing all that piano music... because the man is the fucking king of life.

The only thing funny the british made was monty pythons flying circus, on the bbc channel at 11:00 everynight. Red dwarf was childish, I don't even remember the half episode I watched before I changed the channel.

I just watched the first episode of Extras. If you like The Office, you'll probably like this show.
