It was at least at 5am. I drove around the lot without any hassle and already saw cars parked there. Hopefully they will not attempt to baracade the lot this morning.

that's worse than the whiney poor people and/or morons here? atleast the whiney rich people actually have some influence with athletics, and use it.

So when did the Fairgrounds lot open? I got there at like 2:04 and there seemed to be quite a few people there already, granted it looked like everyone was just setting up.

we got there at like 1:30 and parked on the side of the road and starting setting up just inside the bushes. about 1:45 this fat porker of a cop comes waddling his whale ass up telling people (there were a number of other groups) to take down their stuff or it would be confiscated and they'd be trespassed. we slowly started moving things back to the car, then at like 1:50 this other cop drives and and says "hey i got 1:50, ya'll just leave ur stuff and stand next to the car for like 5 minutes and don't worry about it." at like 1:55 someone on the road had 2 on their watch and people just flooded into the field.

beer and brats ensued quickly thereafter and all were happy. even the fat porker cop cuz he got to go sit back in the a/c in his car.

the end.

Last year it seemed like they were pretty hard core with the fairgrounds lot the first couple of games, but as the season went on, it became more relaxed.

^^ i don't know. ask the administration. you're closer to them than i am. i know of a couple of high dollar donors who bitched, but i guess not enough of them did. the restrictions are clearly prejudicial towards students anyhow, so i'm thinking the older, rich alumni aren't too bothered by not being allowed to have a keg.
