I remember for awhile there was a rule that you could only count div I-AA wins for bowl eligibility once every few years, but I also remember they changed the rule last year about it. Does anyone know for what the rule is now, and does this win count?

yeah, you can have 1 per year now, was 1 ever 4 years.
