I'm selling my Nelson Rigg SSC-140 saddlebags. I bought them in mid July. No flaws that I see. I'm upgrading to the next larger size now that I bought a tank bag. They look identical to this online pic of them:

I'll sell it immediately for $50, but bidding starts at $40, and will go for a week. These are great bags! Anything Nelson Rigg sells I have found to be really good quality.

You can find the specs on this site:
http://www.nelsonrigg.com/paypal/silverstreak.htm
Just click the SSC-140 pic.
It's more of a matter of what bikes won't they fit. Probably a huge cruiser like a Goldwing wouldn't work with these (maybe). Essentially any bike with an extended seat, second seat, sissy bar, or tail end they will work on. If you have one in mind I might be able to answer better.
