it is illegal to sell turtles for pets in nc

I had a guitar teacher one time that played with turtle shell thumbpicks. Apparently, they're very illegal to own. He said he's seen people get cuffed at bluegrass festivals for selling them in the vendor streets. 9/5/2006 11:41:08 PM |
