I have a female guinea pig that I need to get rid of. It is still pretty young, I don't know the exact age but I have only had it for about 4 months. It is brown and white and has a cool mohawk and is very playful and hyper. I have a cage, a house and one of those logs that it can live in and chew on, bedding, food... all the stuff you need. I would give the guinea pig away for free but I really want it to go to a good home so the only way to ensure that is charge something for her. I am asking $50, I will post some pictures later tonight!

You know, you can adopt a dog for $50, and they don't make weird noises, chew all that much, or SMELL!

and for $50 you don't get a house, food, and bedding for your dog. anybody who has ever bought a guinea pig knows that when you go to the pet store to pick it out, by the time you leave you have spent well over $100 on all the stuff.

$50 was just a starting point anyway, I stated in the first post that the only reason I am even asking anything for it is to ensure it gets a good home. anybody who really wants a guinea pig wouldn't mind paying that much, because its half of what the pet store costs. however, if somebody is interested and I feel they will take care of it, I might take less....

It'd have to be a pretty big snake, me thinks.

no, charging money isn't a good way to get someone who really wants it as a pet, you paid out the nose for it and you don't want it now, haha

when i said "just come pick it up" i meant FREE.... just no guinea pig molesters please!

and assuming i "paid out the nose for it and you don't want it now" is not true.... i paid the same price anybody who has ever bought a guinea pig would pay, and it's not that i don't want it anymore... i cant have it at my new place, one of my roommates girlfriends is alergic to her... so instead of being an asshole and keeping her i'm trying to find her a good home! i just didn't wanna see it go to somebody who was just gonna pick her up to do cruel and unusual things to her, which jchill apparently wants to do.... must have been a really long time for him!
