Selling via TWW is just like a private party sale. The same rules apply. 9/21/2006 1:24:56 AM |

Well, I have an M48 (the one I refinished, atually) which I don't actually shoot...well...ever. The stock comb comes up too high, so it beats the hell out of my face. It'd be great with a scout scope, I think.
Let me know if you're interested. 9/21/2006 1:33:06 AM |

youll need a registered FFL dealer, as well as a handgun permit, to transfer handguns legally from one person to another. I would highly recommend that route unless you like big fines and prison ass sex. 9/25/2006 1:22:40 PM |

^ No you don't. The buyer IS supposed to present an actual purchase permit, though. And for CYA reasons, it's a good idea for the buyer and seller to exchange contact info, full names, DL/SS #s. The seller should give the buyer a receipt at the very least.

Transfers of handguns only require a pistol purchase permit or presentation of a CCW permit to sell from person-to-person. 9/25/2006 1:49:00 PM |

Are we talking about handling firearms as business merchandise or personal property? 9/25/2006 1:54:27 PM |
