I go to print my ticket, which IS claimed. My ticket is not in my tickets to print, and on top of that, It says I got penalized for the App game, which I WENT TO! WTF! what can I do?!?!

it isn't that hard to hit claim, print ticket, save as. That way you're guaranteed to have it.
