All I have to say is.. wtf? This is completely unlike any final fantasy game I've seen. When I think of final fantasy I think of knights and mages and evil sorcerers residing in dark castles...

I think the point at which I finally just turned the game off is where you're talking to the commissioner and suddenly someone shoots him, and his body comes completely apart and this cat wearing a crown and a cape jumps out of him and starts talking with an Irish accent.

Final Fantasy III (on the SNES, I dont knwo what the hell it is in the other numbering systems) was the best. The one with the Espers and Kefka. Great stuff. mweee hee hee hee

if you actually played ff7, you'd understand and appreciate it. and that "cat" was cait sith...thats what he does...runs mechanical bodies. whilst i thought dirge was an easy game, i had fun.

I didn't really enjoy this game and yet I played it all the way through. I fear that FFVII is going the way of Star Wars. The more they expand upon the story the worse it gets. I wish they'd just stick to a remake of the original and can all the other games.
