My local favorite is Thai Villa in Cary. Its awesome, and as a bonus, is located right next to the gigantic asian market.

Advice from an asian

#1) Sawasdee (Captial Blvd.) will give you a run for your money. Best one in my opinion. Most authentic food.

#2) Sushi Thai (Kildare Farm Rd.) is also one of my favorites.

#0) Thai Villa wasn't that great. Food isn't as good. Service isn't as good.

King and I ... in the shopping center by reedy creek and maynard.

I went there a couple weeks ago and it was basically empty on a thursday nite. There was one other couple there. I ordered the duck curry. It was really good tho it cost $20 but it was enough for two people. Its weird to see places like that empty cuz their food isn't bad at all.

that shabushabu place in Raleigh absolutely sucked and way overpriced. If you have ever had shabshabu or sukiyaki in Japan you will know why. Actually there is a good one in Flushing in Queens.

^^ do you mean actually inside the park or in the RTP/Triangle area?

because if you mean in the triangle area i seriously doubt youve been to them all.

Thai Villa's good (and near NCSU); Lemongrass is also quite good. I love Lemongrass' atmosphere, it's just annoyingly far away.

thai villa has much better food than atmosphere, so it's really good if you have a craving for thai food, but not a fancy date or something
